Sinopsis:

After the passing of her mother, and the entry of a step-mother, Amrita Jayshankar retreats into herself. Her father is summoned to her school and is told that his daughter may require counseling, but he refuses to believe and instead makes a donation to the school. Then Amrita meets with three males and a female, namely Zuben, Dushant Sahu, Karan Chaudhary; and Tanya Sharma respectively. Together they live it up with drugs and alcohol until things get out of control when they accidentally kill a couple. A corrupt police constable demands Rs.25 Lakhs to eliminate their involvement. Unable to come up with so much cash, the five decide to fake a kidnapping, demand the cash from Amrita's father, and clear their respective names. Amrita accordingly goes 'missing', and her father involves the police, who assign this case to once-suspended police inspector, Arvind Mathur. With the media getting involved

Kiki dan beberapa temannya mengisi liburan ke sebuah kampung di mana mereka bebas bermain apa saja. Suatu hari, Kiki dkk bermain jelangkung di sebuah bangunan tua. Di tengah keasyikan bermain, tiba-tiba jelangkung bergerak-gerak keras sambil bersuara dan menyebut bahwa namanya Yanti yang mati terbunuh oleh pacarnya yang tidak bertanggungjawab atas kehamilannya. Panik dan takut, mereka lari meninggalkan bangunan tua. Di perjalanan menuju tempat penginapan, Kiki ditakut-takuti dengan kejadian tadi. Mereka lari meninggalkan Kiki sendirian. Kiki tersesat ke sebuah kuburan. Di sana Kiki menemukan sebuah kalung, Kiki kemudian memakai kalung tersebut.
Pulang ke Jakarta Kiki jatuh sakit, dan selalu mengigau menyebut-nyebut nama Yanti. Semua dokter terbaik dipanggil namun tak satu pun yang bisa menemukan penyakit Kiki. Akhirnya mereka meminta jasa seorang dukun. Ternyata sang dukun pun kesulitan untuk menyembuhkan Kiki. Kiki minta diantar ke kuburan yang ada di kampung. Sesampai di sana, Kiki sadar setelah ia mengembalikan kalung tersebut. Sebaliknya dukun justru yang kerasukan. Salah satu kawan Kiki, Benny, mengambil kalung yang sudah dikembalikan Kiki di atas kuburan, juga ikut kerasukan. Roh Yanti masuk kedalam tubuh Benny.

Story:  ‘Kuch Love Jaisa’ is a movie about a bored housewife, Shefali who plays Madhu Saxena. She is married to Sumeet and is leading a typical housewife’s life. It is her birthday and she is looking for a complete makeover for herself. In her pursuit of happiness she finds a guy whom she is thinks is a secret detective. This guy is Raghav, Rahul Bose, who is actually a criminal running from cops.

Madhu proposes to Raghav to let her accompany him on his secret mission to which he agrees after much speculation. The rest of the movie is woven around the incidents that they both encounter and present a roller coaster ride of fun and thrill to the audience.

Movie Review: Vipul and Barnali have succeeded in presenting simple lined story in a fabulous way. Initially the housewife Shefali is typically a lone housewife who is bored of the mundane routine and the second half presents her in a new makeover avatar. Rahul has done a brilliant job. His acting skills are unquestionable. Sumeet and Neetu have lived up to their roles. It is a good movie that can provide some respite from the traditional ghar sansaar types of movies.

Story Treatment: Barnali has done an excellent job. The story is fresh and is well prersneted and narrated. The sequences also are linked and well connected. Overall effect of a comedy movie is thus reflected with surely a message to the viewers.

Why to see: Shefali’s makeover and a mind blowing performance eof Rahul Bose (as usual) makes it worth watching.
